Please make sure that you fill out each section of the form, and please include a roleplaying sample (new users only). Old/returning users do not need to re-complete their character's forms or submit a roleplaying sample for existing characters. They, of course, need to submit a new form for each new character, but do not need to submit a roleplay sample. New users do need to submit a short roleplaying sample.
